DIY: Jewelry Boxes

Hey yall! i got inspired by some youtube videos on how to make your own jewelry holder...so i made one for my earrings and one for my rings ! You definitely can make your own.

For this project, you will need hot glue, a box, a cool velvet material fabric (or anything you like) and some kind of foam (i used theses things that i found at the dollar store that are usually used for kid's playroom)

For the ring holder, i just cut the foam into small parts (3-4 cm) and glued them to the box. Make sure you leave a little space between them all to be abble to tuck in the rings. Then, i just put the velvet on top of it, and secured it with glue. For the sides, i used a card to tuck the fabric in nicely. Then, i just personnalized my box with a pretty picture of a girl wearing a ring and i painted the box with this redish color that matches my room.

 For the earrings holder, i used the same foam, but i didn't cut it into parts. I glued everything in the box and then, with my earrings, i just tucked them into the foam, leaving a little hole. This is really easy and it holds the earrings perfectly. Thanks guys and you definitely should try this, it's really inexpensive and so convenient!

Vacation File: OOTD

Hey guys,here is my Vacation File Part 1...i will probably have 3 parts to this! This first one is just some Outfit that I wore during the day. The first one was just a beach dress that i got from Victoria's secret (ordered online, really good service).. The second outfit was what i wore to go walking/shopping around town with my new sunglasses from Aldo. The last outfit was a really sunny day so i covered my head with a Locale fedora. The tank top is from LaSenza, it's actually a lounge wear piece and the military shorts are from Old Navy, but they are old so they probably don't have these anymore...
So come back to see more of my Mexican trip.!

Oh and the flip-flop are Billabong and i got them at Bkini Village here in Montreal...

Accessories Splurge

Hey guys! Sorry, i havent posted in a week, i was actually on vacation...i got some really fun posts coming up this week called Vacation File! I was looking for some accessories and bags to bring in Mexico. I found these 2 cute bags and also sunglasses(i never wear sunglasses because they don't really suit my face, but these were too cool) and i also bought a faux fur that i could put over anything, a sweater, a jean vest or a coat, so i'm really excited about this! These accessories were bought before my trip but i didnt get the chance to post it before.. so here they are!
